What is it? Handz On is the station that will seem most like a children's museum or a visit to the petting zoo. In January, we will have animals as part of this station and we will talk about what life on the ark may have been like. Another session will have us baking bread as we talk about the miracle of Jesus feeding 5,000 people.
Volunteers Needed: Leaders are asked to tell part of the Bible story through a Handz On activity. The idea here is to take one part of the Bible story and bring it to life in a way that is accessible for today's children. This does not mean playing video games with kids, but rather bringing in a tangible piece of the story and using it to help teach the Gospel. How will you use a seed, candle, bread, flood, or donkey to help teach children of God's love for them? Creative ideas are encouraged.
