Thank you for your interest in helping with Kidz Club. We are excited to begin this new journey with Sunday morning education at Christ the King. In our desire to create a place where children are safe and volunteers are honored we need to address a few details before we get you signed up as a volunteer.

1. We want you to know that for the sake of our children we do perform criminal background checks on all prospective volunteers.

2. Please print, read and sign the required disclosure statement. (Click here)

3. Please print, complete and sign parts "C" and "D" of the attached state patrol form. (Click here)

For your protection, place completed forms in an envelope and submit them to Tim Knutson at the church office. Completed forms will be submitted to the Washington State Patrol for review. You will be notified, as required, when results are received. Thank you for your patience with these details; it is just one small step of many that we take to provide a safe environment for children.
